In a year-on-year comparison, Flowmon Networks recorded a 30% growth in revenue last year. Increasing sales were also reflected in the increasing number of employees, which the company increased by 52%. The company also posted double-digit growth for new customers. In 2018, 43% more new customers deployed the Flowmon solution than last year.

In the past year, we fulfilled most of the resolutions we set out to achieve. We have strengthened our partner channel in Europe, opened a branch in San Diego and expanded in the Asia-Pacific region. The successful year is due to the increased demand for advanced tools for monitoring, diagnosing and analysing networks, especially from medium-sized companies. The traditionally strong demand from industries such as telecommunications, finance and government was complemented by the demand from technology and utility companies,” comments Jiří Tobola, CEO at Flowmon Networks.

The biggest number of new foreign customers was gained by Flowmon in Japan. These included the most important Japanese banks, technology companies and telecom operators.

In 2018, Flowmon Networks introduced the breakthrough version of its main product, Flowmon 10. The product has brought several new features to the enterprise segment and innovations in the form of advanced scalability, enhanced support for monitoring in the cloud, analysis of encrypted traffic and native visibility into the IoT/ICS environment.

In 2019, the company will focus even more on research and development and on the closer adaptation of its products in cloud and hybrid environments as well as industrial systems.
