Pavel Minarik Named CTO at Kemp
Pavel, who joins Kemp in conjunction with the recent acquisition of Flowmon Networks, will lead all elements of Kemp’s global technology strategy and will oversee the company’s product development and innovation strategy for all Kemp LoadMaster load balancing and Flowmon solutions.

With an impressive background in theoretical informatics Pavel has expertise in areas of network traffic monitoring & cyber security. Pavel has been with Flowmon since its inception and has since been constantly striving for product development, technology roadmaps and world class technical support. With more than 10 years of experience within network security, Pavel has been focused on delivering breakthrough results in elevating enterprise networking and security brands.
Since 2006, Pavel has dedicated his knowledge and skills to the network security industry. He has participated in several research projects as a senior researcher of Institute of Computer Science of Masaryk University. Pavel is the author of many publications in the domain of network behaviour analysis and numerous algorithms for traffic processing and anomaly detection. Prior to joining Flowmon, he was the managing director and CTO at AdvalCT.
