With this move, Flowmon adds additional experience to its management team. “Having Frank on board as the head of sales is a great move to bolster our position in EMEA. He proved to be a true leader when establishing our operations in Benelux. I’m convinced that his extensive skill-set and commitment to customers will make our sales channel even stronger,” says Jiri Tobola, Co-founder and VP of Sales & Alliances of Flowmon Networks.

Frank is a team leader with excellent communication skills and technology insight. Prior to joining Flowmon in 2012 as a Country Manager for Benelux, he held a number of executive sales positions, most recently for Xantaro and TechAccess. As EMEA sales leader, he oversees the entire Flowmon’s operations in the region. Since Flowmon Networks is a 100% channel company, he is primarily responsible for broadening the partner’s base and enhancing relationships with teams of Flowmon’s technology partners, such as F5, Gigamon and IBM.

Dupker’s priority for his first months will be to strengthen the sales channel in the DACH region. “We are focused on making our partners sure that their investments in the Flowmon solution bring them excellent value. There is a huge demand for our anti-DDoS solutions, protection against advanced threats and application performance monitoring. All of this opens a lot of new opportunities and we are helping our partners to gain them,” comments Dupker, VP of EMEA Sales at Flowmon Networks.

The management of today’s IT infrastructure is inconceivable without effective network monitoring and taking account of security. Flowmon combines advanced flow-based technology with top-notch behavior security analytics to meet these challenges. “The still growing complexity of the IT environment on the one hand and the rise of cyber-threats bypassing traditional blocking and prevention systems on the other hand have made effective network monitoring crucial for any company. Flowmon is a next generation tool helping customers to face these challenges by providing superb monitoring, detection and analytical features,” adds Dupker.
